The plumbing system is ready, making it a great option for those who want to move in right away.

Many features make this customizable mobile structure a great choice for work camps, farms, vacation properties, backyards and more. It is fire-resistant, thermally efficient, and fully termite, rodent, and pest-proof. The home is built with a galvanized steel structure and features insulated sandwich panel walls, doors, windows, and more.

This tiny home comes with several accessories, including PVC flooring, windows, doors, kitchen cabinets, stainless steel sink, bathroom sink and cabinet, shower, toilet, and partition wall. It comes in white colour and can be customized to fit your unique needs and preferences. The home is easy to transport, and its materials are durable and reliable, ensuring that it will last for years to come.

Please note: The home does not come equipped with interior electrical wiring or sockets. Customers will need to have a licensed electrician complete all wiring and electrical setup safely and according to local regulations.
