Each of its two decks features a 7 cu.ft (198 L) interior, providing a combined capacity of 396 L with 22 rack positions that can bake up to 400 egg tarts or 240 croissants per batch. Powered by two 40,000 BTU burners and equipped with convection fans, the oven ensures even heat distribution and consistent cooking results without requiring external ventilation. Built from premium stainless steel, it’s easy to clean and built for long-term commercial use. The double-layer tempered glass doors help minimize heat loss while allowing clear visibility of the baking process. Convenient features include a 60-minute timer, temperature control from 100°F to 560°F (80–290°C), and a space-saving countertop design mounted on casters for easy mobility and flexible installation.
